This guided audio meditation incorporates breathing, visualization, imagination, mindfulness. It is a wonderful practice that helps your mind, body, spirit feel calmer and more at ease...beneficial for your overall health and well-being!

It might take time to get in the groove of meditation if it's not something you practice often or regularly. Our "monkey mind" tends to fire many thoughts simultaneously, and it takes practice and gentle redirection to focus the mind. I remember catching myself, or observing, my mental distractions constantly in the beginning! But this is all part of the journey, and you can benefit from this healing visualization no matter where you at on the spectrum of meditation. There is no wrong way to practice. The act of practicing is an accomplishment in itself.

Consistency makes a huge impact when it comes to experiencing the regenerative, healing effects of meditation - so go ahead, treat yourself to a few minutes or longer of daily rest and calm. Your body, nervous system, mind, and spirit will all thank you.

Do not listen to this audio or practice this meditation while driving or operating any machinery (for your safety).
